A Full-Scale Transformation in the Heart of Delray

The Fifth Avenue project is a full home redesign in Delray Beach. From the start, the goal was to create a space that felt comfortable, cohesive, and and one our clients can truly enjoy every time they visit.

The home had great bones, but it needed better flow, warmth, and more thoughtful decisions throughout. That’s where Kelly Marie Interior Design began.

Designing with Intention

Because this was a second home, it was especially important that the space felt relaxed and effortless. Our clients wanted something polished. A home that felt welcoming the moment they walked in.

We focused on refining finishes, adjusting furniture layouts, and making sure each room flowed naturally into the next. Every choice was made with the full home in mind so nothing felt disconnected.

A Soft, Coastal-Inspired Palette

The design leaned light and coastal without feeling themed. Soft neutrals, warm woods, subtle texture, and a calm palette helped set the tone for a space that feels easy and timeless.

Rather than chasing trends, we chose materials and finishes that will age well and hold up over time. The result is a home that feels relaxed, clean, and comfortable, but still elevated.

The Details That Make It Feel Like Home

From custom furnishings to carefully selected decor, each piece was chosen to enhance the space while still feeling personal to our clients. We layered in furnishings, textiles, and accessories that added warmth and character.

These are the details that turn a second home into a place you actually want to spend time in.

The Finishing Touch
